All combinations come with Salad and Bread. You may add chorizo for $1.00 more per person.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR PAELLA

You customize your paella by selecting the ingredients that you really like:

A - The starting cost of the paella, even before we add any seafood item, is $12.00 per person. It includes paella with chicken, salad and bread.

B - Add any or all of the following items for only $1.00 more per person each.

      - Shrimp        - Mussels
      - Calamari     - Clams
      - Pork            - Chorizo

C - Add any or all of the following seafood items for only $2.00 more per person each.

      - Scallops
      - Swordfish
      - Crab Claws
      - Fresh Tuna

D - For $1.00 more per person each you may have:

- Boneless, skinless white meat chicken
- Shell-off, tail-off shrimp

E - Now do the math: Start with the basic cost of the paella with chicken, salad and bread for $12.00 per person, add the cost of all the ingredients that you choose. The result is your cost per person. (Depending on the distance or size of the party you may incur in other charges like mileage or a chef assistant not included in the cost of the food)

For a reservation and free estimate, please email your selection to jpomares@paellavalenciana.com indicating the day of the party, address, telephone number, serving time and aproximate number of people attending.

Cost is per person. It includes one Chef, setting-up 2 hours before serving time, cooking and serving buffet style. Minimum 25 people. Depending on the order & size of the party, we may need to add more cooking staff not included in the cost of the food. Mileage will be added to parties outsite of San Diego County.

For less than 25 people we deliver the paella for an additional fee of $25.00
